Today, May 10, 2026, BIG LAB turns four years old in the United Arab Emirates. Four years since we opened the Dubai office, signed our first local client, and started building a marketing practice grounded in this region’s pace, ambition, and standards.
BIG LAB is seventeen years old as a company. But the UAE chapter is the one that reshaped us — and four years in, it has become the heart of how we work.
What Four Years Built
When we landed in Dubai in May 2022, BIG LAB UAE was a small team with a laptop, a license, and a hypothesis: that the Gulf market deserved the same depth of strategy, the same rigor of analytics, and the same craft of execution that we had spent over a decade refining in other markets. Four years later, the hypothesis has answered itself. We have grown into a full-service agency on the ground here — performance, brandformance, web, analytics, AI, design, content, PR, and lead generation, all delivered from a team that lives in the same time zone as our clients.
We have run campaigns for luxury real estate developers, chemical holdings, healthcare networks, legal firms, beauty retailers, and B2B industrial brands. We have built websites, dashboards, attribution models, and AI agents. We have shipped work in Arabic, English, Russian, and the visual languages of a dozen sectors. And along the way, BIG LAB UAE went from a satellite office to the operational center of the entire company.
