Working with incoming requests from potential customers
Conducting a presentation of agency services, providing potential customers with commercial quotes, high-quality presentation of the company’s product
Supporting customers at every stage (identification of needs, negotiating, preparing a quote, negotiating and agreeing the terms of cooperation, closing the deal)
Signing contracts with customers
Supporing customers as a personal manager after signing the contract
Entering customer data into the CRM system
Requirements:
Experience of active sales in b2b, digital, web development
Understanding of the digital marketing field (theoretical knowledge of SEO, PPC, targeting, performance marketing principles and fundamentals)
Ability to find an approach to potential customers
Well-bred speech, ability to be persistently polite, ability to make clear suggestions
Ability to work with databases (Excel) and Google Docs
Knowledge of English — at least C1
Stable Internet connection
Working conditions:
5-day work week with weekends and holidays
Remote work format with tasks being performed online
Monthly payroll, 2 times a month
