Personal reputation management in SERP

We provide the necessary tone of the SERP (search engine results) when a user enters brand queries like “First name Last name”, “First name Last name Occupation”, “First name Last name Brand”. We develop a strategy based on analytics data, taking into account the current reputation of the person.

SERP analysis

We create a semantic core of requests according to which users may search for information about the person. We expand it with such wordings as: profession, occupation, brand name, which may be used in conjunction with the query “First name Last name”. 

We analyze the current reputation in SERP: we manually look through the Google SERP for each query. We map personal brand tone and assess the reputation.


There are single mentions in SERP for search queries. An increase in the number of mentions is required in order to occupy the maximum part of the SERP (we aim for 10 out of 10).


The SERP includes a sufficient number of mentions (from 6-8 mentions per query). The information about the persona needs to be updated by posting fresh publications.


There are no mentions of the person in SERP or the SERP is full of data about namesakes. There may also be negative mentions. Correction of SERP is required.

Maintaining and actualization of the person’s image. We increase the number of mentions by means of publications in mass media and posting on social networks. We expand presence in SERP with the help of personal website, online platforms of biographies.

Correction of reputation

Changing the tone of SERP until we achieve a positive reputation in SERP. We use the entire arsenal of available means: personal website, social networks, mass media, online platforms of biographies. If there is negativity , we remove it or drop it down to pages 2-3 of the SERP.

Developing a media plan

We create a schedule of posts on the selected platforms. We plan different formats: news, expert. biographical publications. We estimate the project budget, the composition of the team required for its implementation, the terms of bringing it to the top of the target requests.
